What is the cost of the delivery ?
We offer FREE delivery on any size order nationwide.
When will I receive my order ?
Most orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. We endeavour to ensure delivery within Australia between 3 to 8 working days, depending on the destination of your order.
For overseas orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a direct quote on delivery.
Can I track my order ?
Yes. At the time of dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order so you can follow it.
Can I get a refund for my purchased goods if faulty ?
Yes. We will happily refund you the cost of your purchase once we receive the goods back.
Full refunds will only be offered if goods are faulty . You must get authorisation from the Modalia's team and it must be made within 48 hours from the date of the receipt. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty, simply email email@example.com with your name, order number and photos of the faulty product you wish to return, we will provide you with the return details.
Please place the goods in their original condition in a post satchel or box. When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as "Modalia" is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us when returning an item for a refund.
How Long Does It Take To Process My Refund ?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
