What if the item I am interested in is sold out or not available in my size? 

Please contact us via email providing us the style code number or name, size and colour  you need. We will inform you as soon as we can with availability from the manufacturer.

 

I am not sure what size I need, where do I find this information?

Please see our Size Chart for general information on sizing.  If you still have a specific question about the fit of an item or measurement, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

 

How do I pay for my order ?

We accept payment via PayPal or on-line credit cards facilities for :

If you prefer to Electronically Transfer Funds using online banking  facility, please contact us to arrange.

 

What Should I do if my item is faulty ?

Please alert us immediately when you receive your stock so we may assist you as we personally check each item before shipment to you to ensure 100% quality of the item to prevent this from happening.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order ?

Unfortunately we are unable to alter your order once it has been placed. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact  us via e-mail as soon as possible.
